• Screen 1:  Copy and paste your press release into PressPOLISH. Provide additional details, then press Next. You cannot come back to this screen. Wait a few minutes while PressPOLISH works behind the scenes to review, edit, and optimize your press release

• Screen 2:  PressPOLISH will show you the polished press release. You can copy and paste this to save it somewhere else.  To maintain the formatting, enable Markdown in the text editor you save it to. When you are finished, press Next. You cannot come back to this screen.

• Screen 3: Have PressPOLISH edit the draft by highlighting the section you want to change and telling it what to do. You can also use the text editor to make minor changes yourself. Review the final version carefully. Remember, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for the final release you send out. When you are finished, you can download the final version.
